The position leads the 21st Century Church (“21CC” “or “Initiative”), an enterprise development initiative of N&G. The position provides thought leadership, program development, partnership development, facilitation, community development, and administration to develop and deliver the 21CC programs and learning experiences. In concert with the 21CC initiatives, the position supports the development of partnerships with churches, Christian non-profits, and other strategic partners in the Christian movement. The development efforts aim to support the university’s enrollment, advancement, and influence. The position requires travel and attendance at in-person training experiences hosted at IWU or client locations. The Director is responsible for maintaining a positive profit and loss statement and developing a strong financial plan for the 21CC.
Resident Director Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Resident Directors are integral members of the Residence Life team and the Student Development division of Indiana Wesleyan University, providing leadership, oversight, and vision for students within an assigned residential area. The Resident Director position is a full-time, 10 month, live-in professional position. Resident Directors are responsible for creating and fostering a residential community in which all students can experience belonging, support, and challenge. Resident Directors partner in the holistic educational mission of the university by strategically planning for students' personal, spiritual, social, and academic development through a wide range of formational and community activities and programming. Resident Directors provide a high level of student care, mentoring, and intervention that few others on campus can match. This is a special position that has a significant influence on the culture of our campus and on individual students' lived experience.
Enrollment Counselor Administrative (Full Time) Remote
The individual in this position has primary responsibility to assist prospective students through the enrollment process, as well as assist with the initial retention of students for assigned degree or certificate programs. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. Working in consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment, this person assists in developing and modifying plans to recruit, enroll, and retain students for these programs.
Assistant Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Primary responsibilities of the Assistant Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 22 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 550 student athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 30 or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later. Approximate annual salary range is $43,000 to $51,000.
Student Life Assistant--Summer Flight Academy Hourly (Part Time), Temporary (Any) Marion, IN
The Student Life Assistant is responsible to support the student life coordination for the Air Force JROTC Flight Academic initiative. The position will support the Student Life Director with the supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly rising high school seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Municipal Airport. The individual must be available part-time (up to 29 hours per week) throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 30, 2024-July 27, 2024). Additionally, the individual must be available for training (2-3 hours maximum) prior to the Flight Academy. It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. The Student Life Assistant position will load balance the schedule with the Student Life Director. The individual may not be enrolled in summer classes or have other employment that would impede their ability to work Monday to Saturday.

Assistant Director of The Learning Center Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
This position will lead the overall operations of the Learning Center with the Director of Academic Support. The Assistant Director will oversee the hiring, recruiting, training, evaluation, and visioning for The Learning Center. The Assistant Director supervises desk workers and helps cultivate an atmosphere of hospitality and organization at the front desk. This position will also teach sections of the tutor training course. The Assistant Director will assist in developing and implementing preventative and responsive programs in the TLC to promote student success for IWU students.

The Housekeepers’ primary responsibilities are to assist the Lead Housekeeper with routine cleaning and custodial care for assigned facilities, projects, coverage of special events, manage assigned teams for summer blitz cleaning of facilities, operate light and heavy janitorial equipment, and perform special cleaning projects as assigned. Participate in training and development opportunities as required. Under the leadership of the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO), the Executive Director of Financial Aid will oversee the day to day operations of all Financial Aid activities. The Executive Director will ensure key Financial Aid reporting obligations are met in a timely fashion, coordinate training and ensure a compliance culture at IWU. The Executive Director will ensure an effective and efficient organizational structure that serves the different student populations well. The Executive Director of Financial Aid will stay up to date on all Federal and State regulations and communicate changes to the university community to create a culture of compliance. Through a collaborative effort, the Executive Director will work closely with the CFOO, Budget and the VP of Enrollment to create a sustainable financial aid packaging strategy and manage the IWU Marion unfunded aid budget and IWU-Marion Financial Aid Office.
