The Opportunity

The Administrative Executive position is responsible for ensuring that all student pass applications are processed accurately, in a timely manner, effectively, and professionally. The role focuses on providing administrative excellence in the processing of student pass applications that is compliant with the regulations set by the Malaysian authorities while remaining aligned with the University’s policy and procedures. This position is also responsible for delivering high-quality, responsive services to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with the University’s goals and objectives.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Assistant Manager.
