The Opportunity

The position provides specialist institutional governance expertise with accountability for the end-to-end coordination, assurance and continuous improvement of Board and Executive Management Committee (EMC) governance cycles. The position ensures governance processes and submissions are effective, compliant, and decision-ready, supporting high-quality executive and Board decision-making and institutional assurance, serving as the governance coordination point for decision readiness across Board, EMC and policy approval pathways.

Reporting line: The position reports to the Senior Manager, Institutional Governance, under the broad direction of the Director of Quality and Governance.
