The Opportunity

Are you ready to shape Indonesia’s clean energy transition and industrial decarbonisation? Join Climateworks as a Program Impact Manager and take the lead in delivering a high-impact, multi-year program that drives real change.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work at the intersection of industry, government, academia, guiding partners and decision-makers toward practical pathways for meeting the country’s climate commitments. Your leadership will empower a talented team, foster collaboration, and ensure every project delivers measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver complex, impact-driven programs that accelerate the clean energy transition.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors.
  • Oversee cutting-edge research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in sustainability, industry, energy, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in energy transition and industrial decarbonisation.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus at senior levels.
  • A visionary mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
