About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to play a crucial role in analysing the technical requirements of incoming service providers and ensuring seamless integration into our customers environment. You'll collaborate closely with ServiceNow and process experts to design and implement solutions that meet our evolving needs. Day to day duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Catalog items using catalogue builder, IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Change, Problem, and Incident management.
• Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer
• Create and manage complex ServiceNow reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Create SLA definitions and attach to reports.
• Create and submit Standard and Normal Change Requests as per defined templates.
• Analyse business processes and articulate business models to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Translate customer needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

• Australian Citizenship
• Able and willing to participate in a Pre-engagement integrity check (PEIC)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong background in developing catalog items and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in Change, Problem, and Incident management within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of SLA creation, Report and Dashboard development (a must have)
• Strong understanding of Service Mapping, Service Creation and CSDM V4 data model.
• Strong understanding of discovery patterns and CMDB CI classes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business models and understand customer requirements.
• Experience in report development and a mindset geared towards reporting and data analysis
