ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties will include:

• Providing first and second-level support for desktop-related issues.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components on desktops and laptops.
• Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Monitoring and managing desktop security, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Working closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of desktop systems with other infrastructure components.
• Taking service desk calls as needed.

Keen to get involved? You will need some of the following:

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Essential: Current active Government Security Clearance
