The Executive Assistant II shall also support the Senior Vice President, External Affairs in collecting and preparing documents for Board Meetings, President's Leadership Team meetings and Legislative Meetings and work collaboratively with the Senior Executive Administrator to the President and the Executive Assistant II to the Executive Vice President/Provost, providing backfill for those positions in times of their absence from the office.

The KCTCS Ready to Work program is grant funded and funded through June 30, 2026. KCTCS will be requesting a continuation budget for the Ready to Work Contract. This position will serve students in Pulaski, McCreary, Lincoln, and Wayne Counties. Weekly travel to service areas will be required to meet with students and community partners. Travel to Laurel County and other counties will be required for job training, professional development and meetings. Primary SCC campus/center office location will be determined once positions are filled to best meet the requirements of the SCC Ready to Work Program. SCC offers college vehicle reservations and travel reimbursement when applicable. |
