Recruiter Memphis
This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and K-12 Partnerships. The Recruiter creates awareness and disseminates information about the programs of study at Southwest Tennessee Community College to prospective high school and adult students and the mid-south community through recruitment events held at area high schools, community events and programs hosted by Southwest Tennessee Community College. He/she may work some evenings and weekends as needed; travels between the two main campuses, site locations; and travels mostly within the state for attendance at professional meetings. He/she will need to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Federal Work-Study- Eligible Enrolled Students (Pool) VSCC - All Campuses
Students who are eligible for federal work-study positions have an opportunity to gain valuable work experience by working in various campus departments. Students will develop basic career preparation skills that will prepare them for professionalism in the workplace. Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with excellent benefits. Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities. 2nd Shift is scheduled Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. with a 1 hour meal break.
Investigative Auditor Nashville
The Investigative Auditor serves as support for the Tennessee Board of Regents system’s Investigative Audit Manager in matters involving allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse. The Investigative Auditor performs professional investigations and collaborates with institutional internal auditors on investigative matters. The Auditor reports to the Investigative Audit Manager, who reports to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE). The CAE is functionally responsible to the Audit Committee and the Tennessee Board of Regents.

The Financial Aid Counselor, Extended Campuses, provides excellent customer service and guidance to diverse groups of both traditional and non-traditional students and their families throughout the financial aid process; and supports students at our extended campuses with financial aid questions both virtually and in person. Social Services Coordinator Memphis
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Student Advocacy and Support. The Social Services Coordinator role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the Southwest student community, provide case management services as needed, and develop programs and resources that support the Southwest student population. The services provided by the Social Services Coordinator include, but are not limited to, connecting students with housing, food, transportation concerns with resources on and off campus. Must have dependable transportation to travel to all campuses/centers and the community as needed. The is an in-person role and any virtual hours will be left to the discretion of the department head.

This is a full-time, fiscal year appointment position, reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Institutional Advancement. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and engagement support to the Vice President, along with other Division staff (as needed). This is a full-time, fiscal year appointment position, reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Institutional Advancement. The Communication Specialist will serve as a media and content specialist, and multi-media journalist for the Marketing and Communications department at Southwest Tennessee Community College. The Communication Specialist will be a member of a fast-paced team who work directly with senior leadership in planning strategic public relations campaigns to consistently secure results for maximum coverage of student and faculty achievements, and overall successes of the College.

The faculty member is responsible for the planning and delivery of quality classroom instruction across multiple delivery formats, program coordination, assessment of student learning, and service to the shared governance of the college. The faculty member is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day and evening on any Jackson State Community College Campus.
Grant and Coffee County Coordinator Manchester, McMinnville
General Duties: The Grant and Coffee County Coordinator is responsible for understanding the organizational needs and searching for ways to support them through grant funding and institutional service. The individual is in charge of writing and reporting on the institution’s grants along with helping maintain records and reporting for other institutional areas as required. This individual will maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Coordinator will also serve as administrator when needed and help support IT needs of the campus. This position will include some travel, both around the service area for support throughout the community and beyond the service area for conferences. Provide support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of all IT equipment such as but not limited to: Computers, Printers, Scanners, etc. and for related software.
