This 864-clock hour program prepares students for high-demand careers in electric vehicle production, with a focus on advanced manufacturing processes and EV-specific systems. The instructor will guide students through rigorous, hands-on learning and classroom instruction designed to meet the entry-level needs of EV manufacturers and provide stackable, industry-recognized credentials such as the MSSC Certified Production Technician, IC3 Digital Literacy, FANUC Robot Operator, and Six Sigma White Belt. Minimum Qualifications: • Postsecondary credential in a related field. • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in electric vehicle manufacturing, automotive production, industrial automation, or a closely related field. • Strong understanding of EV systems, manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control practices. • Proficiency with tools and technologies used in modern EV production environments, including robotics and mechatronics. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Must be willing to complete the required training in instructional methods. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior teaching or training experience in technical education. • Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., MSSC CPT, IC3 Digital Literacy, FANUC Certified Robot Operator, Six Sigma White Belt). • Familiarity with the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) and NC3 credentialing systems. • Experience in curriculum development and student mentoring.
