-Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.

-Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
-Part-time positions require availability to work on a weekly basis year round.

Career Services Coordinator - Part Time (Temporary)

| Develop, promote and lead programs for Career Services.
Manage the Career Services Resource Center and associated activities.
Build relationships with internal and external constituents and agencies to foster career, internship and fieldwork opportunities for LSSU students and alumni.

Maintain Career Services website and social media.

Record and report on assessment and usage data used for evaluating program goals. Collect and apply evaluative data to improve services and training.
Manage all aspects of Career Services Management CSM software.
Support students as they prepare for applying to graduate school, service opportunities and gap year exploration.
Maintain budget for Career Services.
Work with faculty and students to introduce, develop and disseminate e-portfolio system.
Implement and manage career and major exploration system/program.
Stay current on trends in Career Services.
Manage and promote Seamore’s Closet and Seamore’s Annex.
Explore grant opportunities to expand potential services.
Work with Regional Center students to provide Career Services support.
Serve as part of the Study Abroad team.
Work with the Prison Education program to ensure Career Services are being delivered.
Work in collaboration with the Library and Academic Services team in assisting students using all functional areas.

Data/Account Clerk IV - Testing Services Coordinator

| 1) Responsible for operating LSSU Testing Center.
2) Create, adhere to and be knowledgeable of testing policies and procedures.
3) Proctor testing sessions by conducting walk-through observations, and monitoring via camera.
4) Assist testing candidates with the check-in and check-out process
5) Communicate with faculty and staff regarding testing integrity issues
6) Coordinate testing appointments with faculty, request and scan/return tests, and resolve scheduling anomalies as necessary.
7) Schedule student appointments.

Native American Center Co-Coordinator

| Provide welcoming environment for Native American/First Nations and Non-Native students, faculty, staff and community.
Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and coordinate campus cultural learning events that foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Native American history, culture, and contemporary issues. Nursing Skills Lab Supervisor

| Under the supervision of the Nurse Administrator, the Nursing Skills Lab Supervisor supports the operation, organization, and development of the Nursing Skills Lab while assisting with simulation learning activities and environments. Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, inventory, and coordination of nursing lab and simulation equipment, supplies, and learning resources. The position supports faculty and student learning through skills lab preparation, simulation support, technology assistance, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Coordinates daily operations of the Nursing Skills Lab and assists with simulation activities and instructional spaces. Prepares, sets up, tests, and breaks down nursing skills labs and simulation experiences. Operates and assists with simulation technology, audiovisual systems, task trainers, and simulation manikins. Collaborates with faculty to support skills instruction, simulation scenarios, and student learning. Maintains and organizes equipment, supplies, records, and maintenance schedules while ensuring learning spaces remain safe, functional, and compliant with safety and infection control standards.
Provides orientation and support for faculty, staff, student employees, and learners using lab and simulation resources. Assists with scheduling, accreditation support, implementation of new technologies, and coordination with community and clinical partners. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

● Proficiency with current healthcare clinical procedures, primarily in nursing or EMED, and related technology.
