Groundskeeper I Alamogordo Community College
NMSU–Alamogordo is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, safety, and overall appearance of our campus. This position is responsible for the care and upkeep of outdoor areas, including lawns, landscaped spaces, and walkways. The Groundskeeper will use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure campus grounds are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to students, staff, and visitors.
Data Records Coordinator Associate Las Cruces
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Systems Coordinator to support the accurate management of university records. Under direct supervision, this position maintains electronic and paper records, runs routine queries, generates reports, and ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student, personnel, and financial information. The role supports timely completion of departmental work, responds to information requests in accordance with university policies, reviews data for accuracy, and helps train and guide assistants in records system procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of related experience (or equivalent post-secondary education), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately with confidential information in a collaborative university environment.
