This includes planning travel itineraries, coordinating transportation and lodging, maintaining accurate travel documentation and receipts, and ensuring travel arrangements align with department guidelines and recruitment schedules.
The Recruitment/Admissions Associate also assists the Director with recruitment procedures, general administration, database management, reporting, and maintaining accurate computerized records of prospective students and institutional contacts. The position coordinates and conducts tours for prospective applicants, ensures recruitment materials and brochures are readily available and distributed as requested, and follows up with prospective applicants and current students in a timely and professional manner. The position also helps coordinate recruitment events, supports recruitment marketing efforts, and leads outreach and recruitment initiatives with top feeder schools and other key higher education partners.
