Lead Education Program Coordinator Oklahoma City
This position will provide front-end and back-end coordination support for the Case-Based Learning portion of College of Medicine curriculum. Exciting opportunity to work with medical professionals/faculty and medical students in a university setting. This position will work closely with the faculty on the documentation and presentation materials used in each of the courses being taught and assist with the case-based learning materials and peer-assisted learning materials. This position is an integral part of the new FrontierMD curriculum at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Services Specialist (Summer) Norman
OU IT is currently hiring the position of Services Specialist. This position provides customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in our Service Centers. Students in this role will troubleshoot minor issues, provide technical support, and communicate with various IT teams to resolve more technically advanced customer incidents. Students will also occasionally direct inbound calls across campus as the campus operator for Norman/OKC campuses. Most shifts will take place between 8am-8pm CST, Monday through Friday. Some weekend shifts may be required. This position requires approximately one month of paid training. Due to the amount of time and effort that must be devoted to on-boarding new employees, this position is not recommended for applicants who intend to work in the role for less than two academic semesters.
