This exciting Business Analyst role involves supporting and developing strategies to ensure compliance with dynamic, fast changing contract requirements, foster a safe, well and engaged workforce where the elevate the customer strategy is understood across the department.  This role delivers to the Personal Injury Insurance strategy and will support and execute on successful delivery of targeted outcomes for the Contracts portfolio.  This will be achieved by providing quality advice and delivery expertise to achieve successful delivery of multiple Contracts initiatives and ensure proactive and effective mitigation of risks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose
  • Collaborating across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer’s needs – placing the customer at the heart of decisions
  • Full accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment
  • Strong and consistent customer service and engagement
  • Develop and drive delivery excellence for Insurance to ensure roadblocks, risks and issues are actively managed to completion and delivery
  • Support the Claim Contracts leadership team and delivery teams of Workers Insurance to ensure delivery excellence for the Insurance portfolio
  • Develop and drive process change that aligns with key contract deliverables

 Skills & Experience:

  • Personal Insurance experience is mandatory
  • Superior Stakeholder skills is mandatory
  • Knowledge of relevant General Insurance practices and policies
  • Committed to delivering a quality, differentiated experience to all customers
  • Data migration experience
  • 2+ years project management experience (Agile experience is desirable)
  • Experience working with Personal Injury and Workers Comp Projects is desirable
