Reporting to the Senior Manager Property, this is a pivotal role within the Property team. As the Land Acquisitions Manager you will be responsible for providing advice to the business in relation to the acquisition of land and general property matters. This role will suit someone with vast land acquisition experience and excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to facilitate mutually agreed outcomes. Within this niche role you will analyse and evaluate specialist technical reports and studies to ensure appropriate decision making for land acquisition projects. Brief legal counsel and barristers and other specialists in land acquisition litigation matters in the Supreme Court, VCAT or other court proceedings.

As the Senior Stores Coordinator you will play a fundamental role in driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through effective stores management and process improvement. This will include equipment servicing, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

Reporting to the Lead Operator Yan Yean, this is a pivotal role within the Northern Operations team. As the Water Supply Operator you will be responsible for managing day-to-day and emergency operations of Melbourne Water’s water supply assets. These assets include; storage and service reservoirs, treatment plants, pumping stations and transfer mains. This involves practical hands-on operational duties, and the use of several IT systems including remote monitoring & system control.
