    This 12-month opportunity is pivotal for developing and implementing plans to enable Melbourne Water to appropriately manage opportunities and risks associated with its sewerage services over the long term. The Senior Project Manager will lead collaborative work, including liaison with a broad range of subject matter experts, internally and externally including Retail Water Corporations, regulators and stakeholders to ensure that plans meet the diverse needs of these groups.

    This nine month fixed term contract will be based from our Brooklyn office, and will be reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW. As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water’s delivery and operational teams. You will also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity, whilst working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.

    This twelve month fixed term contract is based from our 990 La Trobe Street, Docklands office. Reporting to the Reporting & Data Lead, this is a pivotal role within the Asset Knowledge & Technology team. As the Data Officer you will be responsible for:  Maintenance and update of Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services including Electricity (incl Solar), Telecom, and Gas, and Geotechnical asset data in Esri GIS, and Maximo AMIS. Create new & update existing Water Supply sketch plans, review changes issue sketch plans to WS Operators. Maintenance of Land Services Data Sets including Electricity (including Solar), Telecom, Gas assets within Melbourne Water. Maintenance of associated metadata including RedEye drawing metadata, ensuring its accuracy and completeness Resolution of any data integrity errors identified in Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services and Geotechnical asset data. Data Administration of P&ID’s across multiple asset types / classifications in conjunction with Melbourne Water’s P&ID and CAD Standards.

    This fixed term contract is through to June 2026. As the Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program Practitioner you will be responsible for implementing Melbourne Water’s Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program (DWQIP). Based from our Preston site this role reports into the Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program Lead as part of the Quality & Process Improvement Team. This role will operate in a complex environment, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to the delivery of project outcomes.
