This 12-month opportunity is pivotal for developing and implementing plans to enable Melbourne Water to appropriately manage opportunities and risks associated with its sewerage services over the long term. The Senior Project Manager will lead collaborative work, including liaison with a broad range of subject matter experts, internally and externally including Retail Water Corporations, regulators and stakeholders to ensure that plans meet the diverse needs of these groups.

This nine month fixed term contract will be based from our Brooklyn office, and will be reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW. As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water’s delivery and operational teams. You will also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity, whilst working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.

This 18-month role, this role will play a pivotal part in the People Hub Team. The initial focus of this role is to support the implementation of a our incoming HRIS platform by acting as liaison for Contractors and Managers of Contractors.

We have a big People reporting transformation agenda ahead of us in 2025, the role of HR Business Insights & Reporting Manager is crucial to that transformation. You’ll be primarily responsible for developing and delivering existing People reporting, insights and commentary to the Board, our MD, EGM’s and business, whilst simultaneously helping to transform the way we report through building out a suite of People Dashboards in Power BI.

Reporting to Manager Asset Strategy & Performance this is a pivotal role within the Service Programs portfolio. As Principal Strategic Asset Management you will provide leadership, guidance and support to drive Melbourne Water’s strategic asset management (AM) direction and accountability to AMAF/ISO 55000. The Principal, will ensure we are meeting obligations, as well as improving AM process application and maturity, and continually striving for AM excellence through improvement initiatives with collaborative best practice integration.

This twelve month fixed term contract is based from our 990 La Trobe Street, Docklands office. Reporting to the Reporting & Data Lead, this is a pivotal role within the Asset Knowledge & Technology team. As the Data Officer you will be responsible for:  Maintenance and update of Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services including Electricity (incl Solar), Telecom, and Gas, and Geotechnical asset data in Esri GIS, and Maximo AMIS. Create new & update existing Water Supply sketch plans, review changes issue sketch plans to WS Operators. Maintenance of Land Services Data Sets including Electricity (including Solar), Telecom, Gas assets within Melbourne Water. Maintenance of associated metadata including RedEye drawing metadata, ensuring its accuracy and completeness Resolution of any data integrity errors identified in Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services and Geotechnical asset data. Data Administration of P&ID’s across multiple asset types / classifications in conjunction with Melbourne Water’s P&ID and CAD Standards.

This fixed term contract is through to June 2026. As the Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program Practitioner you will be responsible for implementing Melbourne Water’s Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program (DWQIP). Based from our Preston site this role reports into the Drinking Water Quality Improvement Program Lead as part of the Quality & Process Improvement Team. This role will operate in a complex environment, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to the delivery of project outcomes.

Be responsible for leading technical and organisational training compliance at Melbourne Water by driving delivery and oversight of the Training compliance governance framework of our core training curriculum, including mandatory and technical training requirements for both MW employees and MW contractors.
