Reporting to the Project Development Operational Technology Lead, this is a pivotal development and support role within the Operational Technology Team. As the Control Systems & Asset Manager, Project Development, you will be a technical expert, provide technical direction in control systems, and be responsible for: Development of renewal projects plans to protect Melbourne Water against outages, breakdowns and ensure business continuity, and then support the delivery of these projects as a SME Working collaboratively with Team Leaders, Asset Management Principals and asset management interfaces leads across Melbourne Water to ensure effective end-to-end plan development, prioritization and delivery of programs Applying subject matter expertise, advising external and internal stakeholders how to interpret Melbourne Water Operational Technology standards, then support the delivery of projects across the business with OT content Provide knowledge and support on Operation Technology systems in the event of an incident, support other business areas and service providers in day to day operation, and support the implementation and delivery of maintenance activities Analysis of Operational technology systems and performance and provide sound advice and direction for solutions using a risk based approach

Reporting to the Senior Manager Estimating & Scheduling, this is a pivotal role within the Estimating & Scheduling team. As the Capital Program Risk Specialist you will be responsible for the provision of information and insights in Project and Program risk identification and management for Melbourne Water’s capital portfolio. This includes the identification of program level risks that would impact the delivery of Melbourne Water’s Major Projects, whilst monitoring and reporting on risk trends, controls and management issues.
The Manager, Service Programs, Healthy Waterways will support the delivery of Melbourne Water’s commitments for meeting Healthy Waterways Strategy outcomes by developing capital works, maintenance programs and working with our community and stakeholders to identify partnerships and impactful grants. As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for implementing best practice systems, processes, and procurement methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. Your role is crucial in driving projects that align with our business objectives, are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role will see you lead the planning and execution of allocated projects within the Service Enablement (Catchments & Waterways) Program. You will also oversee high-risk projects, addressing challenges proactively to maintain project timelines and budgets. As well as engage and manage consultants, internal experts, other authorities, and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting to the Manager Asset Strategy & Performance this role will provide advanced strategic asset management, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement expertise for the improvement of Melbourne Water’s asset management system and processes. You will be joining a dynamic team consisting of two parts; the strategic element that leads in the development of asset management rules, tools, maturity, benchmarking and improvements; and the performance element that develops reports and provides information on how Melbourne Water is performing to our internal stakeholders. You contribute to team meetings to set team priorities. The successful candidate will look towards opportunities for improvement, formulate the improvement initiatives and be able to work with their team and the business to implement process and system improvements in those identified areas.

As a Specialist Service Planner, reporting to the Manager Service Programs Water Treatment, you will be based in our Docklands office and provide technical leadership, co-ordination and oversight of complex program of technical projects within the Water Treatment service portfolio and Water Quality and Treatment discipline in collaboration with the broader business.
