    As the IT Project Management Team Manager you’ll be responsible for providing IT project management capability that enables efficient delivery of value to our business customers; to ensure successful implementation of IT projects within agreed time, cost, quality and customer requirements. In addition you will provide direct leadership to a team of 10, you will act as an escalation point to help resolve problems and maintain documentation related to the IT project management environment, working with various technical and business stakeholders you will have the responsibility for team coordination and resource allocation of the IT project managers.

    As the Senior People Advisor you will be working within Melbourne Water’s People and Capability’s People Hub team to deliver excellent customer-centric services to the broader business on a range of employee lifecycle activities. Your sound knowledge and experience in Industrial and Employee Relations will ensure you are providing responsive expert advice and creatively resolving complex issues relating to employment conditions and a range of P&C policy and procedures. Within the role you will also have the opportunity to lead a range of Operational Service Improvement projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring integrated and seamless delivery of P&C operational services to the organization.. The role will be responsible for triaging enquiries that come through to the People Hub team, including onboarding, remuneration, leave, performance, transition and offboarding, as well as complex enquiries including the EBA, Workplace Investigations and Policies and Procedures. You will be acting as the conduit between managers, employees and the HR Business partners to build and maintain strong working relationships as a trusted advisor.
