Reporting to Manager Infrastructure, the End User Computing Lead is accountable for the availability and compliance of end user computing technology with support personnel (internal and external) owning the lifecycle management, security and access control and transition of new services into support and ensuring the technology is at supported levels, in accordance with business requirements. This role ensures reliable and highly available end user computing services to the business.

Reporting to the Program Lead this role will support the Waterways & Land Delivery Team with Fire Response in the North East region.
Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, you will be facilitating the scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by the delivery and Operations teams, and service providers.
Working closely with other teams across Melbourne Water and with all stakeholders to assess, investigate, negotiate, and provide recommendations regards to technical engineering and planning applications
This role will develop and lead a high-performing team of asset managers and project development resources to deliver and optimise capital programs, non- asset and maintenance regimes incorporating integrated growth, compliance and asset renewal outcomes. These programs are in line with Melbourne Waters commitment on delivering our Flood Strategy; covering flood risk management (mitigation, emergency planning, drainage and flood modelling).
These full time role will manage up to four direct reports, and a team of up to fifty employees. The Manager Delivery Southern Region will be based from our Bangholme Regional Office. You will be responsible for driving a strong values based culture and encourage engagement across the team and the wider business. Within the role you will inspire and motivate your people using well developed coaching and mentoring skills.
