As the IT Project Management Team Manager you’ll be responsible for providing IT project management capability that enables efficient delivery of value to our business customers; to ensure successful implementation of IT projects within agreed time, cost, quality and customer requirements.

Your sound knowledge and experience in Industrial and Employee Relations will ensure you are providing responsive expert advice and creatively resolving complex issues relating to employment conditions and a range of P&C policy and procedures.

The role will be responsible for triaging enquiries that come through to the People Hub team, including onboarding, remuneration, leave, performance, transition and offboarding, as well as complex enquiries including the EBA, Workplace Investigations and Policies and Procedures. You will be acting as the conduit between managers, employees and the HR Business partners to build and maintain strong working relationships as a trusted advisor.
