As the Senior Process Engineer you’ll identify, develop and implement innovative technical solutions to meet current and future compliance and service obligations associated with Melbourne Water’s wastewater treatment, energy, greenhouse gas emissions reduction and resource recovery services.
This exciting full time roles is based at our Brooklyn site with travel to both our Eastern Treatment Plant in Bangholme, and our Western Treatment Plant in Werribee. As the Planning Coordinator, Works Delivery you will be responsible for the facilitation and effective planning and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water’s delivery and operational teams, EIMD maintenance service provider and all other contractors across the Infrastructure Operations operational facilities.
Your experience in Maintenance, Planning or Project Management and an understanding of large mechanical and electrical equipment will see you succeed within this role.
We have an exciting part time role (3 days a week job share) within our Catchment Asset Management Team. This role will see you working both from our 990 La Trobe Street Head office and working from home, with the flexibility to choose your work days.
As the Senior Asset Practitioner Land you will be responsible for providing expertise in the enhancement and maintenance of Melbourne Water’s Land Assets, including Vegetation management, Tree hazard management, and Grass Cutting programs. This role will assist in implementing the vision for our land services including enhancing biodiversity and improving open access and livability on Melbourne Water’s open spaces in the decade that matters.
Your Tertiary qualification in Ecology/Biological Sciences/Natural Resource Management along with your experience and understanding in Land Management will see you success within this part time role.

Lead the Master Data capability across Melbourne Water, owning the design, implementation, management and monitoring of master data practices across the organisation.
This full time role is based at our Eastern Treatment Plant (ETP) in Bangholme. As the Area Lead, Process & Plant Improvement you’ll be responsible for initiating and driving improvements which deliver increased performance with respect to reliable sewage treatment and recycled water services, environmental and safety performance, community and customer expectations and reduced operational expenditure.
Within this role you will ensure compliance with all Melbourne Water systems, policies and procedures and specifically Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Product Quality Management Systems. Your extensive experience and qualifications as a Process Engineer will see you succeed within this role.
At Melbourne Water we have multiple full time and fixed term contracts working as an Environmental Field Crew member. One of these full time roles is with a preference for tree felling, your chainsaw qualification and experience in tree felling and chipper use will be required.
