    As the Senior Pricing & Regulatory Analyst you’ll lead the development of the Pricing Submission for the Essential Services Commission (ESC) in order to provide sufficient revenue to achieve Melbourne Water’s business and customer service goals. Within the role you will also be responsible for provide economic, project evaluation and pricing advice along with being responsible for implementing economic, regulatory and industry policy reform. In addition, this role will conduct annual tariff adjustments consistent with price paths set out in the Pricing Submission, prepare updated annual regulatory accounts and support the preparation of the annual Corporate Plans through revenue and demand forecasting.

    As the Transition Project Manager, Field Services Panel you’ll be responsible for managing a small team whilst planning and managing the efficient and effective delivery of the end to end transition process from the existing arrangements to the new operating model. The Field Services Panel covers the field services and field civil required to deliver the Waterways & Catchment Delivery program on Melbourne Water’s waterways, drainage network, water supply catchments and some water supply assets. You will Oversee and develop tasks and responsibilities of the team to ensure a seamless contract transition and delivery, ensuring strong alignment with the Field Services Panel team delivering the procurement activity whilst working collaboratively with the 25 Service Providers to achieve customer, and regulatory objectives during the transition period. *This role is a 12 month fixed term contract until October 2022*

The Role As the Asset Manager Performance you’ll be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to develop insights that enable decision-making to minimise cost of assets and improve performance. In this position you will investigate opportunities for asset management teams to improve their services and reduce risk and cost; seek efficiencies through implementation of new technologies or alternative approaches; and analyse asset condition trends and remaining life against targets. Examples of activities associated with this role include: Engage with other asset management teams to understand their analytics needs Ability to work with engineering subject matter experts so that performance metrics can be incorporated into reports Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards that enable improved access to asset management and asset performance data
