We are currently looking for three full time Project Managers based out of Brooklyn, Croydon and Healesville and one 12 month fixed term Project Manager based out of Bangholme within our Minor Capital Works Delivery teams. Reporting to the Area Lead – Minor Capital, this is a pivotal role within the broader Service Delivery team delivering environmentally driven outcomes on our Waterways and within our Catchment areas. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for safely delivering high quality natural resource management and civil projects on time and within budget.
As the Senior Asset Manager, you will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that has responsibility for the asset management and capital project development for all of Melbourne Water’s drinking water treatment plants.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Property, this is a pivotal role within the Property team. As the Land Acquisitions Manager you will be responsible for providing advice to the business in relation to the acquisition of land and general property matters. This role will suit someone with vast land acquisition experience and excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to facilitate mutually agreed outcomes. Within this niche role you will analyse and evaluate specialist technical reports and studies to ensure appropriate decision making for land acquisition projects. Brief legal counsel and barristers and other specialists in land acquisition litigation matters in the Supreme Court, VCAT or other court proceedings.
Due to unprecedented urban growth Melbourne Water is forming a new project team of Senior Asset Managers in order to ensure the registration of new and existing assets.
As the Operations & Maintenance Project Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the Waterways & Catchment Services is prepared to contribute towards and enable the safe and effective maintenance and operations of assets – within a project environment.
In this 2-year fixed term role, be responsible for support the ongoing Information Management Framework and operational delivery of compliance related activities.
