About the role

As the Maintenance Planner working within a high-performance team at Q-Coal Northern Hub, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions and results.

This role will see you:

  • Provide maintenance planning and scheduling capability in support of the project’s maintenance activities
  • Be responsible for the management of equipment maintenance systems to ensure the reliable and productive operation of heavy equipment

  • Full camp facilities provided
  • QCoal Northern Hub is situated in the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland, about 6km south of Collinsville. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with key internal and external clients. You will also have;

  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
  • Two years' experience in a maintenance planning role desirable
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role will be highly regarded
  • Experience in plant management and document control systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of maintenance and planning systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced MS Project skills
  • Experience in use of maintenance tools i.e. JDE
