Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Effectively support the Executive in the execution of their role. 

  • Oversee diary management by coordinating calendars, emails and internal and external meetings to ensure effective time management. This includes managing both domestic & international travel arrangements. 

  • Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executive. 

  • Assist with organising team events and drafting team communications. 

  • Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and manage expense submissions, preparing monthly reports and reconciliation. 

  • Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity. 

  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through ether personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person. 

  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures.  

You are: 

  • Experienced in administration with a track record of experience in similar roles 

  • Able to work at pace and independently 

  • High energy with an enthusiastic attitude 

  • Experienced in coordinating team events and drafting team communications 

  • Able to prioritise a busy workload with attention to detail 

  • Skilled with computers with a strong knowledge of excel preferred 

  • Highly organised and dependable 

  • Collaborative with superior interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior level 

  • Able to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives.
