In the role of Business Banker – Commercial Broker, you will join the Commercial Broker team in Sydney that’s doubling down on Customer Obsession and moving with speed!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Source high-quality business opportunities and broker relationships - leveraging your established network and taking it to the next level to drive sustainable growth.
- Take charge of every step in the lending journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for brokers and customers with lending facilities.
- Drive revenue growth by uncovering and delivering on customers “bank of choice” priorities, while addressing their broader financial and non-lending needs.
- Lead the way in maintaining top-tier service standards for commercial brokers, ensuring NAB’s service excellence shines through in every interaction with customers and brokers.
- Showcase tailored products and services designed exclusively for small business customers brought in by premium brokers, driving value and fostering strong partnerships.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven expertise in driving sales and delivering exceptional results in business lending.
- Established track record of building successful partnerships and collaborating effectively with brokers.
- Strong financial acumen and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
- Skilled at engaging with customers, uncovering their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions to meet them effectively.
- Evidenced success in consistently achieving sales targets, even in challenging and dynamic economic environment.
