The Role

Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking various Recruitment and Mobilisation Specialist to join our growing team at our Welshpool Branch. We are seeking people who have a vibrant personality and have a willingness to learn all aspects of Recruitment & Mobilisation with a can-do attitude.  We invite Expressions of Interest from candidates available to start on a full-time basis in January or February 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting suitable candidates using effective database tools
• Mobilising candidates in volume to various portals
• Conducting interviews, booking medicals and other site required inductions
• Providing excellent customer service to candidates, clients and stakeholders
• Effective database management
• Managing applications and emails

Skills and experience

To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

• Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident, friendly phone manner
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Experience mobilising personnel to various mining clients is beneficial
• Experience within the mining sector in either a recruitment or mobilisation role.
