About The Opportunity

Programmed Property Services are currently seeking a passionate and solutions-oriented Systems Support Analyst to join our Business Systems team.

Based in our Notting Hill office, this maximum term contract position (until 31^st March 2026) is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively to resolve business problems through systems thinking and technology. You’ll support and enhance business applications including work order, financial, reporting, and customer management systems - all vital to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Systems Team to manage business challenges by scrutinizing processes and proposing necessary changes or enhancements to the business information systems. 

• Provide necessary support for applications, escalating to software vendors when required, ensuring seamless business operations. 

• Demonstrate adeptness in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation to ensure the delivery of business systems aligning with industry best practices. 

• Maintain clear, concise documentation and process maps ensuring all changes and modifications are updated in all systems documents including use cases, business rules, test plans, system manuals, and user manuals. 

• Contribute to discussions with the business systems team in the creation of system specifications and operational requirements. 

• Work with the systems team when testing business systems and contribute to the development of test plans, testing and results analysis. 

• Work in tandem with the Business Systems team to contribute to the management of system modification and enhancement projects. 

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A degree in IT, Business, or related fields (Microsoft Certifications a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Functional understanding of MS Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and SQL (desirable).
• Experience with work order and field service management systems (advantageous).
• A keen eye for detail, with sound analytical and documentation skills.
• A team-focused mindset, high adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
