Your opportunity

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Office Coordinator will contribute to team effectiveness and the professional image of CPB Contractors by providing professional reception and office services to internal and external stakeholders.  This role is initially being offered on an 8-month fixed-term contract. 

The position will be accountable for:

  • Day to day operations and maintenance responsibilities at the offices the Facilities NSW Team are responsible for managing (e.g. repairs & maintenance, health & safety and procurement & accounts payable).
  • Keeping records of processes and procedures for relief staff.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current projects, activities, external stakeholders and internal staff to ensure appropriate delivery of messages and enquiries.
  • Establishing cooperative working relationships with peers and colleagues that increases the overall level of support to site/project team/s.
  • Enhancing CPB’s external and internal relations through displaying professionalism in all interactions.
  • Delivering administrative services that meet the needs of site/project stakeholders.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Relevant facilities experience
  • Relevant office administration qualifications and/or training
  • Client focused and effective time management skills
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced skills in accounts payable for example JDE, Oracle
