The Project

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been appointed as an Alliance to deliver the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects, with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia.  This is known as the Fleurieu Connect Alliance.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor who is a multi-skilled team player to join our team in Tatachilla. Your focus will be on the day-to-day supervision of operators and plant productivity. Your skills and determination will help deliver this important transport infrastructure project. We're looking for people who love a challenge and want to roll up their sleeves, collaborate and learn from the best.

Our minimum requirements

  • Five years’ experience in a similar role with a preference for experience on large road projects
  • Proven experience supervising and leading crews of Plant Operators with firsthand detailed earthworks, final trim and pavements
  • Frontline Management or similar supervisor training preferred.
  • A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
  • Ability to accurately report on production and progress of the earthworks team.
  • Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.
