Reporting to the Safety Manager, these roles will support the project in achieving optimum safety outcomes. These opportunities will allow you to demonstrate your previous success and knowledge gained from a successful health and safety career, whilst supporting the project to achieve best possible outcomes.

Ideally you will have

• Relevant experience working on construction projects in a safety related position, particularly for the Advisors.
• The ability to engage with subcontractors, and to communicate with people at all levels to ensure safety and compliance in relation to CPB Contractors requirements.
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• High level of skill in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews
• Capability and experience in delivering/coordinating safety related training
• Relevant WHS qualifications are ideal.
