With an exciting pipeline of projects on the horizon, CPB Contractors are recruiting experienced Safety Advisors, Coordinators and Administrators for opportunities throughout Townsville, QLD.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, these roles will support the project in achieving optimum safety outcomes. These opportunities will allow you to demonstrate your previous success and knowledge gained from a successful health and safety career, whilst supporting the project to achieve best possible outcomes.
Ideally you will have
- Relevant experience working on construction projects in a safety related position, particularly for the Advisors.
- The ability to engage with subcontractors, and to communicate with people at all levels to ensure safety and compliance in relation to CPB Contractors requirements.
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
- High level of skill in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews
- Capability and experience in delivering/coordinating safety related training
- Relevant WHS qualifications are ideal.
