What can our construction projects build for you?

Due to significant growth, our upcoming projects will require a Safety Manager and Safety Advisor on a roster (BIBO or FIFO) arrangement. You will bring with you, relevant infrastructure experience and the right attitude to ensure our projects are delivered safely. 

About the roles

The Safety Manager will serve as the safety lead for the delivery teams and manage a team of in-site safety personnel.

Both roles will be actively involved in incident investigations and corrective actions, partner with stakeholders / subcontractors to ensure safety compliance, integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution as well as recommend and implement safety lead practices and innovations.

About you

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications as well as industry experience. Ideally, you will have experience within infrastructure on medium to large scale projects. You will have knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Queensland legislation and statutes and ability to interpret any applicable statutes or legislation relevant to project.

In addition, you will be able to delivery awareness sessions relating to high-risk activities as well as conduct and interpret audits and reviews.
