This pivotal role is designed to shape the future of research and education within the EACH organisation, fostering a vibrant culture of research excellence. With a focus on collaborative co-design, the Senior Research Fellow will lead the development and implementation of EACH's research strategy, empowering staff and stakeholders to engage deeply in meaningful research activities that align with EACH’s strategic goals of thriving, measuring impact and driving positive change.
In this unique position, you will play an integral part in connecting the strengths of EACH and Monash University. Your work will support the establishment of the EACH-Monash Multidisciplinary Clinical School, scheduled to commence in 2025, enhancing education and professional development opportunities for EACH staff and students. This role also extends to fostering partnerships with Monash’s specialist research centres and innovation hubs, contributing to the development of cutting-edge health, disability, aged care and social care initiatives. As part of the EACH-Monash Research Unit, you will lead high-quality research projects, secure external funding and ensure the translation of research findings into impactful real-world outcomes.
We are looking for a candidate with a doctoral qualification in a relevant field, a proven track record of research excellence and significant experience in co-design methodologies, research strategy development and team leadership. Demonstrated success in securing research funding, strong record of publications and mentoring emerging researchers are essential.
