The Opportunity
Join a dynamic academic community as the Senior Resource & Infrastructure Coordinator in the School of Psychological Sciences. This key role supports research programs by managing the safe and efficient operation of clinical and research facilities, ensuring high-quality research and training across multiple sites.
This position works across the School and its partners to manage infrastructure, implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance, including coordinating health and safety initiatives and monitoring standards across research and clinical environments. The role also acts as the key liaison for facility use, asset management and operational planning.
We are seeking someone with a degree qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field, along with proven expertise in OHS, research compliance and facilities management. Strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory environments and experience applying policy and regulation in complex research settings are essential. Experience and/or training in Good Clinical Practices and the ability to support training and operational improvements will also be key to success.
