Remuneration: $80,603 - $92,585 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our team at Monash Law Clinics. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a crucial role in upholding the professional image of our clinics.

You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and reception services, including managing legal administrative processes, improving business operations, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Your attention to detail, sound judgement, and commitment to excellence are essential for ensuring the efficient operation of the clinics and providing timely support to staff, students, and visitors. As the successful candidate, you bring strong reception and administrative skills, along with the ability to manage operations and improve processes. Highly organised and capable of setting priorities, you meet deadlines with ease. Your hands-on approach to customer service, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enables you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while engaging positively with diverse clients.
