The Opportunity

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and prestigious environment? 

We are seeking a Financial Business Partnering Manager to join our team at the heart of our Business School operations for a 12-month engagement. This role is perfect for an experienced professional adept at forecasting and managing large, complex budgets, with a natural flair for team leadership and development.

As the Financial Business Partnering Manager, you will be partnering with key stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, and managing deliverables to ensure the financial health of our operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cyclical forecasting and budgeting processes, supporting the Dean and Senior Deputy Dean portfolios and Business School projects, liaising with Central University teams as required, leading and developing a dedicated team, and adapting to change while coordinating workloads efficiently. You will thrive under pressure, utilising systems such as Excel, SAP, and BI to support your work.

Located on our prestigious campus opposite Caulfield Racecourse, you will enjoy excellent facilities, close proximity to public transport (paid parking available), and working alongside key stakeholders in a collaborative and passionate environment.
