Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level and make a real impact on the student experience? Are you interested in an opportunity that gets you out of the office, and even overseas? We are on the lookout for a motivated and engaged Graduations Officer to join our team and contribute to the positive experience of our Graduates.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Graduation Processes: Help ensure a smooth graduation experience by handling key administrative tasks, and supporting the delivery of Graduation Ceremonies both in Australia and abroad.
  • Provide Helpful Advice: Answer questions about graduation policies and processes in a clear, professional and friendly way.
  • Keep Things Running: Assist with reports, project tasks, and team support to meet deadlines.
  • Great Customer Service: Support students, staff, and other stakeholders with helpful and timely responses.
  • Stay Organised: Maintain accurate records and ensure graduation data is managed securely.
  • Improve & Learn: Contribute ideas to make processes better while gaining valuable experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A tertiary qualification or experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Organised & Reliable: Able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and stay on top of details.
  • Good Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working directly with a diverse range of people.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable and quick to learn new systems.
  • Problem-Solver: Able to handle questions and find solutions with support from the team.
