You will play a key role in fostering a healthy work environment and ensuring the cost-effective provision of health services throughout your appointment. About You

We’re looking for a dedicated leader who meets the following key requirements:

  • Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated effective leadership with strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse, with proven leadership in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing and health care issues within a project management framework
