Are you a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse ready to make an impact? Kingston Soldier's Memorial Hospital is looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our Casual Pool. In this role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care, ensuring the highest standard of patient care in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care.
  • Provide nursing care under supervision, ensuring accountability for all actions.
  • Prioritise workload and recognise and report changes in clinical condition.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
  • Ensure that care complies with relevant legislative standards and codes of practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds or is eligible for a current practising certificate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and recognise changes in clinical conditions.
  • Experience providing nursing care in a healthcare setting in line with practice standards.
  • Knowledge of the role of the Enrolled Nurse within the healthcare environment.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, codes, ethics, and competency standards.
