About the Role:

As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will deliver essential in-home services to people who are aged, frail, or living with disability. Working closely with Community Health professionals and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll assist clients with daily tasks and personal care to help them remain safely at home. Your work will make a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families while supporting their independence and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day to day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
