WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service (RRMHS) team providing vital clinical and professional outreach support across country South Australia. As an Administration Officer – Audio Typist, you will deliver accurate, confidential medical and general typing services alongside general administration and support duties, playing a key role in enabling smooth and effective mental health service delivery.

About RRMHS

Rural and Remote Mental Health Service provides 24/7 Tertiary level services to the whole of country South Australia. The service consists of a 23 bed acute inpatient service based within the "Acute Hub" of Glenside Campus.

  • Do you have proven typing skills with 70 wpm speed and 98% accuracy?
  • Are you able to communicate confidentially and effectively, using discretion with sensitive information?
  • Can you work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing demands?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide accurate and timely medical and general typing for confidential consumer letters, reports, and correspondence.
  • Upload Tele-psychiatry reports onto OACIS and ensure prompt distribution of clinical documentation.
  • Support the Telepsychiatry Coordinator and provide administrative backup across Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN Mental Health services.
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and a safe, professional work environment.
