About the role

As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will provide a comprehensive range of professional pharmacy services, including dispensing, clinical review, production and patient counselling, ensuring medication use is safe, effective and cost conscious. Through your expertise, you will optimise drug therapy and contribute meaningfully to best-practice medication management outcomes.

Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will offer timely drug and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and allied health colleagues. Your practice will align with hospital and departmental policies, SA Health guidelines, and relevant State and Federal legislation. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical judgement, build strong professional relationships, and support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care for every patient.

About You

You are a motivated and capable Pharmacist who brings strong professional foundations, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to safe, high-quality medication management.

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with registration, or eligibility, with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

  • Strong communication, organisation and technical skills, with high attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

  • Completed pre-registration training, with sound knowledge of clinical practice and legislation
