This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, implement efficient systems, and contribute to a positive patient and staff experience across the health service.

About the Role:

As the Hotel Services Manager, you will oversee a high-quality range of support services, including catering, housekeeping, and laundry. Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, you will lead a team, manage operations, and work collaboratively with all Health Service Department Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Your role will include maintaining standards, developing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Hotel Services group.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports and correspondence, developing and reviewing policies and procedures, and managing projects and change initiatives that improve service efficiency and quality. This is a senior leadership position where your expertise in team management, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight will directly impact the health service experience for clients and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in team leadership, customer service, and working with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Experienced in developing, reviewing, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Competent in data collection, analysis, and reporting, including EMR and patient administration systems.
  • Proficient in IT software and project planning, including change management and negotiations.
  • Experience in SA Health or hospital/health service environments.
