About the Role
Join a specialist apheresis service delivering expert care to adult patients, donors and research participants. You’ll manage complex procedures, build trusted clinical relationships and maintain safe, high-quality practice while growing your skills in a supportive, highly specialised team.

Key Duties
• Assess patients and plan safe, person-centred apheresis care
• Deliver therapeutic and donor apheresis procedures
• Coordinate care with medical and allied health teams
• Monitor patient response and manage clinical risk
• Lead shifts and support staff when required
• Educate patients, carers, students and new team members
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
• Participate in research activities and on-call roster

About You
You’re a capable and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings sound judgement, teamwork and a patient-centred mindset to specialised clinical care.

• Registered or eligible RN with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Confident delivering safe care aligned to professional standards
• Clear communicator who works well across multidisciplinary teams
• Organised and flexible, with strong clinical prioritisation skills
• Committed to person and family centred care and quality improvement
