About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NALHN Pharmacy to establish and contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and high-level pharmacy service for Paediatrics Outpatient Clinic. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will provide leadership in the organisation, management and operation of the pharmacy service to the area. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will exercise independent clinical judgement to deliver expert medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, medical and nursing staff, and other health professionals. The role also encompasses education, supervision and professional development of pharmacists, assistants, technicians, graduates and students, as well as active participation in research, committees and professional networks. Through consultation, problem-solving and engagement with senior health professionals, corporate areas and the community, you will contribute to the ongoing development, reputation and excellence of the pharmacy service.
