About the Role

Lead Critical Care and Perioperative nursing at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. You’ll set strategy, manage services, build strong teams, and maintain high standards of care, safety and performance across the program.

Duties
• Lead nursing strategy, quality and practice standards
• Coordinate services to meet clinical, workforce and budget goals
• Partner with medical, allied health and finance leaders
• Manage senior nurses and oversee program staffing
• Drive performance, safety and service improvement

About You

You are a confident and strategic nursing leader who thrives in complex environments and leads teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

• Hold current Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board
• Lead large, multidisciplinary teams through change and complexity
• Manage services, resources and competing priorities effectively
• Apply contemporary governance, quality and improvement frameworks
• Communicate clearly, influence decisions and resolve issues calmly
