• Salary: RN1 $77,824 - $106,187 p.a. (pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits
• Location: Flinders Medical Centre
• Temporary role to January 2027
• Part Time working 4 Days per week

About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a valued role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care within a supportive health service environment. This is an opportunity to grow from a developing practitioner into a confident and proficient clinician, building your knowledge, skills and clinical judgement through hands-on experience and ongoing professional development. You will take accountability for your own standards of care, contribute to positive patient outcomes, and make a meaningful difference every day through person-centred practice.

Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will foster strong, respectful relationships with colleagues across the service, while also supporting students, Assistants in Nursing/Midwifery and Enrolled Nurses. You will engage with external partners, including non-government and government organisations, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for consumers. In this role, you’ll be supported to strengthen your capability, expand your scope and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings clinical confidence, strong teamwork and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.

• Registered or eligible with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Communicates clearly with strong problem-solving skills
• Works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Delivers safe, high-quality care aligned with standards
