Join the Port Lincoln Health Service as Team Leader Patient Services and lead a dedicated administrative team delivering timely, high-quality support to patients, visitors, and staff. This ongoing full-time role offers the opportunity to supervise, mentor, and develop staff while contributing to the efficient operation of patient services, medical records management, and administrative workflows across a 24/7 hospital environment.

You will also play a key role in continuous improvement, staff training, and Freedom of Information processes, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with policies, and a customer-focused, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and allocate work to patient services staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain and improve administrative systems, including medical records, EMR, and data management.
• Support staff development, training, performance evaluation, and policy compliance.
• Manage Freedom of Information requests, correspondence, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
