• Full time, permanent position based in Rooty Hill

The Opportunity 

Based at our newly built Rooty Hill materials recycling facility, we are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team in a full time, permanent capacity.

• Operate the front end loader and material handler as required
• Take ownership of plant machinery (e.g., pre- and post-start checks)
• Control the placement of waste and recyclables being deposited by customers so to maximise resource recovery
• Meet targets for recycling and diversion of waste from landfill
• Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition at all times
• Undertake general labouring and administrative duties as directed

About You 

You are an experienced Front End Loader Operator with a passion for sustainability and resource recovery. With a proven track record of safe and effective loader operation, you demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to prioritizing safety in all practices.

• Loader experience is essential
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safe operating of high risk equipment
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
