The Opportunity:
Join Cleanaway’s Environment team as an Environment Advisor and help drive meaningful environmental outcomes across our national operations. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to influence key environmental initiatives, from auditing programs to data-driven improvement strategies.
You’ll support the development and delivery of internal audit projects, analytics reporting, and documentation processes that ensure compliance and enhance sustainability.
What’s Required
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy environmental professional who can:
- Support environmental audit programs from end to end
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools (charts, tables, summaries)
- Liaise confidently with operational and site-based teams, as well as the national Environment support team, made up of passionate environmental professionals
- Navigate a fast-paced environment with ongoing queries from multiple stakeholders
- Work collaboratively to find solutions and solve problems
- Use Excel and Word at an advanced level
About You
- You have 2–5 years' experience in a similar role and thrive in a setting that demands interpersonal agility and data confidence.
- You’re someone who doesn’t get flustered easily, able to field questions from across the business with professionalism, patience, and poise.
- You bring strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks and a genuine drive to create impact through collaboration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Desirable: you have a background in Environmental Science of a related field.
