About Us
Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together. We transform waste into resources and renewable energy. When you start to think of waste as a resource, it opens a world of possibilities.
Our Industrial Waste Services (IWS) division is the largest provider of specialised industrial solutions nationally. As a trusted partner to some of Australia’s largest organisations from a variety of sectors, including mining, oil and gas and infrastructure, IWS aims to deliver quality and valued services through innovative and sustainable industrial solutions.
IWS’ people-centred approach ensures the availability of a highly trained workforce that delivers valuable expertise through our specialised service lines such as high-pressure water jetting, resource recovery via vacuum loading, non-destructive digging, hydro demolition and more across base load contract and project scopes.
The Opportunity
This is a unique and high-impact opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to play a pivotal role supporting operational delivery across multiple high-risk and large-scale industrial client sites throughout Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.
Based in Perth and working with the Regional Managers and Branch Managers, this role will act as a key connector between Contract Managers, and Operations, ensuring project delivery runs to plan across complex, multi-site campaigns. From shutdown coordination and regional service delivery to resource planning and stakeholder engagement, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing multiple programs of work simultaneously.
Your ability to plan ahead, stay across competing priorities, and bring operational structure to fluid environments will be critical. Travel across regions will form a regular part of this role, so flexibility and a willingness to be on the ground where the work is happening is essential.
