The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic People Change Lead to drive the people-related change agenda across a large-scale enterprise transformation. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the design and implementation of future-fit operating models, structures, and roles, ensuring the organisation is enabled for long-term success.
The ideal candidate will bring a rare blend of HR business partnering, organisational design, and transformational change leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully influencing senior executives and guiding organisations through complex change. This role is a 9-month contract with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of all people-related change activities within the enterprise transformation program.
- Develop and implement organisational design strategies that align with business goals and support future operating models.
- Shape and deploy best practice role design, workforce structures, spans of control, and accountability frameworks.
- Partner with senior executives and HR Business Partners to understand strategic imperatives and translate them into actionable change strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of change impact assessments, and support the business in executing on these aligned to project delivery timeframe.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing thought leadership and challenge on organisational effectiveness, people risks, and transition planning.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Communications, and Transformation teams to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.
- Track and report on key change milestones, risks, and adoption metrics, ensuring timely interventions as needed.
About You
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Significant experience in HR business partnering, organisational design, and people change leadership, ideally within complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Proven capability in leading large-scale transformations with a focus on operating model and structural redesign.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and engage at C-suite and executive leadership levels.
- Demonstrated success in managing ambiguity and driving clarity, alignment, and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
