Monitors the fire alarm network during normal operating hours for troubles, notifications, etc. and communicates with contractors, fire alarm technicians, facility personnel, project engineers, and others regarding these issues. Provides assistance to other EHS functions on a regular basis.

Director Systems Engineering - Department Only Search - 527122
The Director of Systems Engineering assists the Executive Director of Operations to execute managerial responsibilities for the Office of Information Technology’s Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure Services and Telecommunications teams. These teams perform advanced engineering and operational support for UA’s physical and virtual hosted server environments, enterprise storage, cloud services, Microsoft 365 tenant, enterprise VoIP platform and related collaboration tools, backup and recovery platforms and other mission critical enterprise services. Assists in operational management tasks, team goal setting, personnel management, staff development, team performance monitoring, policy and process development, project facilitation, strategic planning, and process documentation. Serves as a primary or secondary support for multiple technology platforms and provides systems administration and support tasks associated with assigned platform(s).

The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Manderson Student Services Program Manager - 527250
The Manderson Student Services Program Manager oversees student services to current students of the Manderson Graduate School of Business. Advises students in their degree programs, certificates, concentrations, focus areas, and coursework. Monitors and manages the academic progress of the students.
Manderson Academic Records Coordinator - 527251
The Manderson Academic Records Coordinator oversees the management, security, and integrity of student records and academic program data for the Manderson Graduate School of Business. Maintains accurate records for current and former students, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and external regulations.
