Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Housing Accommodation Specialist - 526143
The Housing Accommodation Specialist provides the delivery of support services and the determination and provision of reasonable housing accommodations for University students living on-campus with disabilities under general supervision. Manages and evaluates all medical accommodation requests that affect housing assignments, exemptions, and cancellations. Gathers and ensures all accommodation request documentation is received. Assists students and families with the request process. Notifies staff as needed. Ensures compliance with relevant legal mandates.
Crisis and Consultation Specialist - 526153
The Crisis and Consultation Specialist provides triage, screening, same-day consultation, and crisis intervention work to enrolled University students. Provides direct counseling services. Ensures compliance with the Counseling Center Policy and Procedure Manual.
Experiential Learning Program Manager - 526185
The Experiential Learning Program Manager provides advanced professional oversight and planning for the development, implementation, and delivery of one or more programs, services, or activities within a department. May supervise professional staff. May assist in training lower level staff.
Library Technician - 525417
The Library Technician provides a wide variety of technical duties and customer assistance in support of library services in an operational unit or section of a university library. Uses library's automation system, various software packages, conventional library materials, and office equipment. May oversee the work of students and volunteers. Exercises judgment in the interpretation and application of library practices, rules, and regulations.
Painter III - 526190
The Painter III acts as a lead worker to perform skilled work at the journeyman level in preparation and staining or painting of interior and exterior surfaces under limited supervision. Hangs and finishes sheetrock. Hangs wallpaper. Interprets plans and makes estimates of required materials needed. Trains and supervises other Painters. Provides work leadership to other trades personnel. Drives drive from site to site.
