Job Summary: The College Academic Operations Coordinator manages the integration of academic programming, enrollment analysis, and operations. Utilizes data-driven forecasting and curriculum mapping to optimize course scheduling, student success metrics, and financial performance. Manages college-wide facility enhancement projects and ensures course schedules, faculty workload, allocation, and faculty review processes are compliant with University and college policies.
Additional Department Summary: Executes college-wide initiatives, manages academic operations, analyzes resources, and oversees institutional systems and processes that support the college’s academic and administrative functions. Proactively identifies and resolves operational issues across the college. Ensures that institutional processes and workflows are efficient, data-informed, and aligned with college priorities.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in academic advising, academic operations, institutional planning, or higher education administration; OR master's degree and some experience in academic advising, academic operations, institutional planning, or higher education administration.
Skills and Knowledge: Strong skills in data management, assessment/analysis, process coordination, communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in higher education, public administration, or a related field and five (5) years experience. Familiarity with academic scheduling systems, institutional research tools, faculty affairs and workloads, and administrative platforms.
