Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Associate Director of Athletics. The Associate Director of Athletics serves the Department of Athletics, Fitness and Recreation in the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and supports the mission of the College in its focus on student development, outcomes and success. This is a twelve (12) month position with benefits that includes morning, evening and weekend responsibilities. Director of Prospect Research and Development Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Director of Prospect Research and Development. The director will play an important role in the College’s success by spearheading comprehensive prospect research initiatives and creating and implementing a strategic pipeline development program.  Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Information Services, the director works in partnership with Advancement colleagues to ensure robust fundraiser portfolios through continual prospect research and prospect management.  The successful candidate will join a warm and supportive team on a campus ranked among the most beautiful in the US.
Engagement Events Program Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Engagement Events Program Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement Events, and working closely with the Director of Alumni Engagement, the coordinator is responsible for providing support for events involving alumni, parents and donors that are sponsored by the Advancement Division as well as providing occasional collaborative support to our campus partners. These events include but are not limited to: volunteer meetings, Homecoming Weekend, Family Weekend, and Reunion Weekend.
Digital Engagement Specialist Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist responsible for implementing social media and digital strategies and initiatives to engage in meaningful exchanges and strengthen connections among Kenyon alumni with the college. With a talent for online engagement, this creative and self-motivated individual will represent Kenyon in the digital landscape with wit and warmth. The Digital Engagement Specialist writes, edits and manages content for Kenyon’s Alumni Instagram account and assists with digital strategies for event promotion and fundraising. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Communications and Strategy, the qualified candidate will contribute to the goals and strategies of the Alumni and Parent Engagement and Annual Giving offices, translating the personal outreach of these teams to the digital landscape.
Parent Giving and Engagement Officer Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to serve in the newly created position of Parent Giving and Engagement Officer. This is a full time position with option for hybrid remote work schedule. Salary will be commensurate with experience and a generous benefits package is available. The Parent Giving and Engagement Officer will report to the Director of Parent Giving and Engagement and implement strategies that help secure leadership-level gifts in support of the annual fund and major gift programs. The role will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of prospective donors and will work to engage, identify, qualify and solicit new prospective donors, including current parents and family members of Kenyon students and alumni. In addition, this role will be highly collaborative and work with colleagues across the Advancement Division on the preparation, segmentation and mailing of annual giving appeals and manage the leadership annual giving program for the Parents Fund, as well as Family Weekend and summer welcome receptions for engagement. This role will also support the Director with the Kenyon Parents Council.
Civil Rights/Title IX Deputy Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Civil Rights/Title IX Deputy Coordinator. A member of the President’s division, the Civil Rights/Title IX Deputy Coordinator reports to the Civil Rights/Title IX Coordinator. The Deputy Coordinator has expertise in cultural competency and can demonstrate familiarity with, and respect for, diverse racial, ethnic, cultural identities and gender identities. Specifically, the Deputy Coordinator assists with monitoring and coordinating compliance with nondiscrimination laws alleging discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, medical condition, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, familial status, parenting, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by state, local or federal law. Duties may require evening and weekend availability on campus and the ability to respond to urgent situations in person and/or by phone, video conference, and email on evenings and weekends. The position is a full-time, 12-month appointment.
Executive Assistant to the President and President's Office Gambier, OH
Kenyon College seeks a qualified applicant to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the President and President’s Office. The Executive Assistant to the President and President’s Office provides professional administrative support for the President, the Chief of Staff, and the General Counsel, handling sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality. This full-time in-person position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Office of the President, including, but not limited to, maintaining the President’s calendar, communications, and travel; coordination of meetings and events; accurate and timely budget tracking; and following up on meeting action items. The person in this position exercises initiative and independent judgment in managing the President’s schedule and the office’s daily activities. The Executive Assistant also greets visitors, answers phone calls, performs computer work, and provides other office support, ensuring key operational and administrative functions are carried out successfully. The work of the President’s Office is dynamic and requires a willingness to be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of the office and an understanding that other duties may be assigned. 
Associate Vice President for Development Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Associate Vice President for Development.Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the Associate Vice President for Development leads the development operation and is a key member of the leadership team in the Advancement division. Development includes major and planned giving, annual giving, parent giving, the 50th reunion and donor engagement. Because leadership by example is essential, the AVP will also carry a portfolio of key donors and prospective donors. The AVP for development is expected to provide strategic direction for the department and to assist in strategic direction for the division, understanding the importance of interconnectivity with all departments. The AVP will also assume discrete management responsibilities from the vice president, as needed from time to time.
